The fact that Casumo isn’t paying the same attention in every market is made obvious with the inconsistent bonus terms displayed on the Canadian offer. If you compare the significant terms displayed on the offer banner, and the full bonus terms available in the pop-up window, they are nothing alike. However, since it’s more likely that they had forgotten to update the full bonus terms, we will use the significant ones as the correct ones.

At 8 times the bonus amount, the welcome bonus is still a generous one. Another thing that’s not made clear, as with the UK offer, is how long do bettors have to complete the wagering requirement. Based on common sense, it should be 10, but the full terms state something else, 30 days, which we’d like to be true.

India

Customers coming from India can claim a match deposit bonus up to ₹10,000. In addition, for the IPL 2022 season, you also get 10% cashback on losses for ALL in-play bets on the IPL. If we benchmark this offer with its Indian competitors, this ends up being a rather good welcome bonus.

Whilst, compared to others, the Casumo welcome bonus is just next to the market average, the cashback offer is appealing if you’re interested in IPL betting. Nevertheless, with 6x deposit AND bonus to wager, Indian bettors have a slightly longer way to go to clear wagering requirements. 

Do Casumo Have Any Other Promotions?

Is Casumo safe?

Casumo’s launch goes back to 2012. However, at the time it was only an online casino. The sportsbook was launched in 2019, and not in all markets. In terms of features, Casumo is yet again basic. However, to the casual bettor this shouldn’t cause any trouble. You can do the same things as you would with an online betting site that’s been around for more than a decade, but you can’t cut corners.

Cash out

Cash out is available and Casumo makes sure that it’s prominently shown which matches and which bets qualify for it. Make sure you check the bet slip before you place the bet, especially if placing an in-play bet. Unfortunately, we couldn’t test if partial cash out is available, and we couldn’t find any details anywhere on the site about it. Either way, it’s a feature that’s not very popular among online betting sites.

Bet Builder

Bet builder is also available which can be quite neat when you see an opportunity. Considering the amount of events available to bet, it’s unlikely that you will find yourself in a situation when you use the same game multi feature because of lack of games. In addition, the interface of the feature is well optimised.

Live Streaming

Live streaming was not available on any games available during our Casumo Sports review. However, there are some live stats provided, but they are basic. To illustrate, you get only break point conversion and first serve winning in tennis matches. There is a lot of room for improvement in this department.

Quick Acca

We couldn’t find any options that enable us to create a quick acca. Contrary to popular opinion, this one comes in really handy to beginners who are in it for the thrills only. In essence, it’s like playing the lottery. We’re positive that adding a quick acca feature will benefit both Casumo and its customers.

Blog

Casumo has a blog section, but it’s not geared to meet the expectations of somebody who likes to bet on sports. There are some analysis, but they mostly around their promotions. There are no guests, or any experts that do a weekly or a monthly article/column. Most of it revolves around their promotions, that are not necessarily related to betting.

Again, much like the platform, this also has potential for scaling. Based on what we see, they still don’t consider it a good enough investment for them to change this.

Mobile

This is the biggest advantage Casumo Sports has over its competitors. The whole design of the Casumo sportsbook revolves around the user-interface. It’s made to deliver a seamless betting experience without having to jump from one page to another. All you need is one place. You can also customize your own sportsbook, selecting the sports you want to bet on. If you are into only a handful of sports, or only one, you can select it and in practice, you will have the best betting site tailored to your needs. Filtering options are not a novelty, but the way Casumo is doing them is not easy to match.

The web app which runs in your mobile browser, that does not need any downloading, is based on the Casumo apps that you can download from Apple’s App Store or if you have an Android device, you can download it directly from Casumo. They are, in fact, all the same, but the native apps are better in terms of performance. Design-wise, it’s all the same.

It is the go-to mobile betting app for casual bettors because of the customization it offers and the extremely easy navigation.

Live Betting

It doesn’t have anything revolutionary or anything else that will simply make Casumo stand out. The live betting is standard to say the least, with lacking live stats and live streaming on quite a few events. This could be skewed towards the importance of the match.

This is one of those areas that affects both casual and passionate bettors. There is simply no way around it as you need to have access to live stats to make an informed decision. Alternatively, you can watch the game on another device, and bet with the Casumo Sports app.

The choice of sport events is solid, covering a wide array, including traditional UK and EU sports, but also American sports like Baseball and American Football. Then again, don’t expect too many betting markets on events that are not necessarily considered popular in the UK.

It’s important to note that the platform Casumo has can be scaled up. Hopefully, they are willing to invest extra money in it and fill in the gaps. The app is too good to be left without a top-class live betting hub that includes all features that affect in-play betting.

VIP and Loyalty

Usually, promotions are what indicates what an operator is all about. Casumo Sports do not mention if the gamification they have for casino players applies for sports betting. This can only mean one thing, it doesn’t. The customer support is to a good degree flawed, as live support is not available 24/7. This wouldn’t have been a problem if Casumo was targeting the UK only.
