Where ComeOn’s in-play offering lets us down is the lack of live streaming or audio commentary. Fans of live betting will need a second screen in order to really follow along with matches and races, as match-trackers can only provide a limited amount of information.

If you like your stakes higher and the action faster and consider yourself a sports betting VIP then currently at ComeOn you may be a little disappointed as there’s no information about any VIP Club. If your query can’t be explained by the FAQs within the Help Centre then the best possible solution is the Live Chat functionality. The customer support agents do work seven days a week which is great, although the slight limitation is that opening hours are 09.00 – 20.00.

We think this is a little short-sighted, considering most major evening football events won’t finish until well after this time. So if you have a query at this point, it does make it harder to chat instantly. Response times were good, though, when trialling this feature.

Email is the other option you have to contact them with any issues and this is also easily done from within the site itself. Arguably it’s more of a “Contact Us” form rather than email but it works well and does make it much easier than having to go to your own email client. Again, just click the ‘help’ question mark on the main site and then choose Email from the Help Centre pop-up.
