Welcome Bonus of 100% up to $100 for Racebook Bettors
Up to $1000 Free Bet if your First Sports Bet Loses
An online bookmaker, this sportsbook is powered by SBTech, one of the giants of the sports betting world. This ComeOn review highlights everything you need to know about them, including their great new customer offer, their Free Bet Club and Odds Boosts, as well as the great depth of markets they have to offer you across all sports. Betting here is made simple, whether on desktop or on-the-go via mobile devices.
This bookmaker's new customer welcome offer seems to target casual betting customers more than anything, with a deposit match up to €25 on the table when you sign-up with them. So in comparison with other online sports betting sites, it's not the most generous promotion but it's still an available free bet to take advantage of as a new player.
As with all free bet and welcome offer's there are full terms and conditions to be aware of, which you'll find on the ComeOn website when joining up - whilst it's not the most restrictive offer ever, there are still plenty of key terms to consider with this promotion.
Firstly you need to actually Opt-in to this promotion - you'll be prompted to do this when you register with them, or you'll be able to find it in the 'my account' section. If you don't opt-in for the promo you won't qualify for the free bet, even if you meet all other criteria. It's important to note that this offer is only available to new customers.
Once you've done that, you need to go on and deposit a minimum of €10 and then start working on meeting the wagering requirements (more on these below). It's worth pointing out that if your first deposit is made via PaysafeCard, Neteller, Moneybookers or Skrill then you will not qualify for this bonus offer so please choose one of the other payment options which you can find later in the review.
Once your qualifying deposit has been accepted, you will generally receive your bonus funds into your account within 24 hours and you have 30 days to use it before it expires. All of the key terms can be found below.
Our readers in India are in luck, as ComeOn have a welcome offer specific to India, where you can get 100% of your first deposit matched up to ₹2500! This one is an India-specific sign up offer, so you'll need to reside in India to be eligible for it. This one's even a little bit more generous than the standard RoW welcome offer.
There's no bonus codes to remember, all you need to do is opt-in and place a qualifying bet of at least ₹1000 with odds of at least 1.75 to qualify for this welcome offer. Readers should be aware, though, that the wagering requirements are 10x the deposit AND the bonus amount, meaning if you want the full amount of ₹2500, you'll need to wager ₹50000.
These days, the online sports betting world is all about acquiring and then retaining customers - it's not good enough to just offer free bets to new players, you've got to ensure that there are plenty of promotions and bonus offers available for existing customers too.
Now these promos will change regularly, especially around key events throughout the sporting calendar, however at the time of writing, there are a couple of things that ComeOn offer their sportsbook customers.
They have launched their Odds Boosts feature, which you'll find on the homepage of the site and these are aimed at giving you more value for your money - key markets with the odds boosted to a much bigger price and you just need to decide if you think the bet may come in or not.
The other key way you can earn free bets on the site is through their weekly bet club, where you could find yourself getting up to €25 as a free bet each week. Again, you have to be opted-in to this promotion and then you have to follow the bet club instructions to get to the top level.
When you first join the club, you're on level 1 and this means you can earn a free bet of €5 each week, by betting on multiples between Monday and Thursday each week. However, you have to have staked and settled €50 of bets which is quite a high level considering it's a €5 bonus amount on offer.
Outside of these promotions, you'll need to keep an eye on the site but it is fair to say that ComeOn don't have as many promos as many of the other bookmakers.
One big positive though is that they do let you take advantage of the ComeOn Casino new customer free bet too though - whereas many online sports betting sites will make you choose one or the other. So if you love gambling on sports and casino, then this is another great reason to join ComeOn.
With so many online bookmakers in the market, it’s understandable that punters want to ensure they’re betting with the most reputable and most trustworthy sites available. For the older bookies out there, with years of retail experience and a recognised brand it’s much easier to portray trust to your customer base, whilst with newer, online-only bookies, it’s sometimes hard to work out who you can trust and who you should bet with.
ComeOn hold a Malta Gaming Authority licence and a Curacao licence which covers them for some of their other language sites - largely the Nordic regions and Chile. The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence, in particular, is a great sign for potential punters. The MGA is one of the stricter online gambling licensing jurisdictions around, so ComeOn have to regularly prove that they're safe and fair to a regulator.
The website is also SSL secure, and they pride themselves on keeping your information safe, so it’s fair to say that ComeOn take their security responsibilities seriously.
Another angle to look at is around responsible gambling - a really hot topic at the moment and again there’s been no worrying stories reprimands for ComeOn around this and their site actively promotes responsible gambling with it’s own page, as well as links to key organisations such as GamCare, GamStop and Gordon Moody.
They also make it easy enough to timeout and exclude from the site, and it’s actually easy enough to set deposit limits, although not as easy as some sites that probe this on account sign-up.
Overall you can rest assured that ComeOn are a safe and reputable online bookie.
It’s easy enough to make a deposit at ComeOn and they have a good few payment options to choose from however a very obvious omission from the list is Paypal, considering as it’s so popular with punters. However, debit and credit cards, Entropy, Neteller, Skrill and Paysafe all feature as well as bank transfers.
They accept numerous different currencies with key ones being - Dollars, Swedish Krona, Pesos, Indian Rupees, and Euro. They will convert any of these currencies to the currency set on your account - they will do this at their exchange rates so be aware of this.
There are fees to think about when depositing at ComeOn with some methods, and there are also min deposit amounts and max deposit amounts to think about and they’re listed below:
When it comes to Withdrawals, it’s pretty much the same set of payment options that you have for deposits, however you need to be aware of their withdrawal fees which aren’t completely obvious on first look. They will give you 2x free withdrawals over a 30 day rolling period, so if you want to withdraw more than two times then you’ll have to pay the equivalent of €5 each time you do so.
Withdrawal times are advised as follows:
ComeOn have made good decisions about their sports betting product, partnering with SBTech, one of the better sports betting platform providers out there. This results in ComeOn having a very comprehensive sports betting product and giving punters a very decent betting experience.
Key events are easy enough to find, with the overall site having quite a ‘blocky’ feel to it, separating out each section so it’s easy to navigate. The only slight negative here is the white writing on dark background, which makes it harder to focus the eyes but it’s a tiny problem in the grand scheme of things.
There are 36 different sports listed on the site, ranging from the obvious ones like football and racing, all the way through to surfing, e-sports and chess so it’s unlikely that you won’t be able to find something of interest to bet on.
Markets wise, they have plenty for each sport with all key events having tons of markets to choose from - if we use the 2020 Champions League Final as an example you’d find that they have 157 separate betting markets to choose from; more than enough to find some value in the betting.
They also make it super easy to change your odds preferences - decimal, fractional and American odds are all available and because the site is powered by SBTech, you’ll find that ComeOn has quite competitive odds compared to other bookies.
There aren’t really any other major betting features, other than the fact that they do run a casino and live casino product too where they offer plenty of casino games from casino providers such as Net Entertainment.
The desktop website is a clean and easily navigated site that does what it sets out to do, but ComeOn also offer opportunities to bet on the go, via a mobile betting site and betting apps.
Firstly, the mobile betting site is also clean and easy to engage with as a punter - events and markets are easy enough to find so the overall experience certainly matches that of their main website. It’s also easy to find their promotions detailing the new customer free bet from the mobile site, however at current time they don’t have any mobile-only promotions to talk about.
They do also have both iOS and Android apps although, certainly from a sports book perspective, they may have a bit of work to do here to get them up to speed. The Android app tends to be more focused on the ComeOn Casino product although there are sportsbook features available too, whilst the iOS app hasn’t really impressed to date, although it’s an area they’re no doubt investing and focusing in. Arguably for now you’d be better off saving the link to the mobile site on your smartphone home screen.
Thanks to their SBTech sports betting platform, ComeOn benefits from a really strong live sport product, with thousands of different live events that you are able to bet on covering all of the sports. More importantly, there are plenty of markets to bet on within each live event ensuring you have plenty of options when it comes to your betting.
They provide more than just the standard markets and events though - they make it incredibly easy to get straight to the in-play markets from the top navigation bar, where you’ll then also find a live schedule of events. Everything is broken down by sport and you can see how many events are being traded live for each sport; it’s really that simple.
When you get to an event level they have more features to enhance your in-play betting with match/event visualisations so you can follow the action and on some events there’s decent statistics built in to the side-bar so you know what’s going on. They’ve also got a number of ‘fast markets’, so you’re able to bet on the action in the next minute of play for example. If you’re keeping on top of the event then these markets can be very attractive for betting.
If you like your stakes higher and the action faster and consider yourself a sports betting VIP then currently at ComeOn you may be a little disappointed as there’s very little detail to talk about around any VIP sportsbook program. We can’t say that they don’t have one as plenty of sites keep the VIP options to themselves until they understand the player’s levels but there is no information around any program at current.
What they do have is a points awarding scheme where you can eventually use points to pay for bonuses, free spins in the casino and free bets in the sportsbook. The fact they have this does bode well for VIPs as they’re obviously tracking betting levels, so will be aware if you’re a at the higher level, we expect they’d be in contact directly.
The customer support levels at ComeOn are pretty strong, with a dedicated Help Centre available which is fired up by clicking the ‘Help’ button - a question mark on the top right of the main site.
Within the Help Centre are 3x options - FAQs, Live Chat and Email and all are largely self-explanatory once you’re there.
Most betting sites these days will have an FAQs section - they help customers instantly and, more importantly for the company, it means that they don’t have to use resource answering these questions - a win-win for everybody. ComeOn have a total of 88 questions answered on their site, covering all major topics so they’ve been very thorough here.
If you’re query can’t be explained by the FAQs within the Help Centre then the best possible solution is the Live Chat functionality. The customer support agents do work seven days a week which is great, although the slight limitation is that opening hours are 09.00 - 20.00 which is a little short-sighted considering most major evening football events won’t finish until well after this time, so if you have a query at this point, it does make it harder to chat instantly. Response times were good though when trialling this feature.
Email is the other option you have to contact them with any issues and this is also easily done from within the site itself. Arguably it’s more of a contact us form than email but it works well and does make it much easier than having to go to your own email client. Again, just click the ‘help’ question mark on the main site and then choose Email from the Help Centre pop-up.
ComeOn are a truly global bookie, available in dozens of countries across the globe. ComeOn have put a great focus on the Indian betting audience recently, but it's not the only market that they're active in. Originating in Swedish it makes sense that there's still a big focus there, whilst they also have language sites in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Chilean (Spanish) and a general EU site, so their scope is quite large when it comes to accepting players.
The key thing is that they don't accept players from the following countries:
Australia, Czech Republic, USA, the UK, France, Ireland, Turkey, Curacao, Croatia, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Portugal and Netherlands.
So there you have it, this ComeOn review has taken you through all the different parts of ComeOn’s betting site and hopefully you agree that there are some really great reasons to sign-up with them.
Casual punters should really enjoy this brand and the new customer offer really fits in with that message and they back it up with key odds boosts and bet clubs to make sure that once you’ve joined, you’re not forgotten about. What more can you ask for!
