Unfortunately, Karamba Sports do not have live streaming of any sports available, but they have a cool feature for football matches. Karamba Customer Service

Unfortunately, our reviewers were less than impressed with the customer support at Karamba. In their mission statement, Karamba Sports says that they fully believe in CARE – Customers Are Really Everything. This isn’t what we experienced, though.

During our review testing we communicated with 4 different live chat operators. We found response times to be very long, even within a single conversation. We were often left waiting upwards of 5 minutes between live chat responses. In addition, the live chat operators didn’t seem very familiar with the sports betting product, or sports betting terminology. 

Live chat is available from 08:00 – 00:00 CET, and though we’d prefer 24/7 coverage, their opening hours should mean that the vast majority of punters won’t even notice. Improving the quality of the support available is a bigger priority, in our reviewers’ opinion.
