Jetbull: Perfect for Experienced Punters
UPDATE: This sportsbook is no longer operating in your market.
Jetbull might not be able to operate in the UK anymore, but they still have a lot to offer for European bettors who are looking for a bookie that takes betting seriously. Our Jetbull sportsbook review looks at the bookie from all angles, answering the questions that seasoned punters need to know.
With a generous Jetbull sign up offer, great odds, and support for more sports and tournaments than most need, Jetbull gives you all the right reasons to click on the link below and sign up.

Jetbull Sports Sign Up Offer – 100% First Deposit Bonus Up to €100
Welcome offers are standard across bookies big and small, and the Jetbull Welcome Offer looks like a relatively good one. One thing to note, though, is that their bonus is more generous on the English language version of their site than their German or Russian counterparts.

Jetbull Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions
This is where the Jetbull sign up offer starts to seem a little less generous. The terms and conditions are a bit more restrictive than we had expected them to be, and we think that less experienced punters will find it difficult to redeem their bonus funds. The fact that the minimum qualifying odds are quite high can be prohibitive to people who aren’t experienced punters.
For starters, there’s the discrepancy between the different site versions. Then, the country restrictions that apply to the Jetbull welcome offer. This bonus is not currently available to customers from, Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Estonia, Indonesia, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Russia, Macedonia, Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Greece, Croatia, Nigeria and Latvia
Here are the most relevant terms and conditions for the Jetbull sign up offer, though we recommend looking at the full terms and conditions on Jetbull’s website before making your first deposit:
- Minimum deposit amount is €10, or the equivalent in your currency
- Only bets with odds of 1.70 or higher meet the wagering requirement for the Jetbull welcome offer
- The bonus funds need to be wagered and settled 10x to redeem your bonus funds
- Only a maximum of €50 will be counted towards the wagering requirement on a single bet when using bonus funds
- Horse Racing bets don’t contribute to the Jetbull Welcome Offer wagering requirements
- Punters have 60 days to redeem their bonus funds
What this means in practical terms, is that for a punter to redeem a bonus of €10, they’ll need to wager at least €100, and to redeem the maximum bonus of €100, you’d need to wager €1000.
Jetbull Sport Bonus for Existing Customers
The Jetbull welcome offer isn’t the only bonus up for grabs. Jetbull have two weekly giveaways for their existing customers. This does mean, though, that only two individuals a week get to enjoy this. While Jetbull won’t be competing with the biggest operators in the online betting industry in terms of promotions for existing customers right this second, they’re at least on the right track.
Jetbull Promo – The Lucky Bull
At the end of each week, Jetbull chooses the winning bet with the highest odds and awards that user a cash prize based on how high or low the stake on the qualifying bet was. This means that the most unlikely winner of the week gets an additional reason to celebrate, but as said above, that’s still just one person celebrating each week. For full terms and conditions, head to the Jetbull promo page.
Jetbull Free Bet – The Unlucky Bull
This is basically the inverse of the Lucky Bull Jetbull Sport bonus above. Each week, the losing bet with the lowest odds is selected, and the punter who made that bet gets their lost stake back. The unlikeliest loser each week gets their lost cash back as a Jetbull free bet. Again, for full terms and conditions, we recommend going to the Jetbull promo page.
Jetbull sports has attractive weekly promotions for existing customers, but with one winner in each Jetbull Sport bonus each week, we at SportsBetting24 are intrigued, but not overly impressed. Punters are unlikely to be chosen as winners in these giveaways, and even if they do, they’ll be celebrating by themselves.
Jetbull Security & Licensing – no longer allowed to operate in the UK
There’s an elephant in the room, and we need to acknowledge it and move on. In early September 2019, Jetbull was one of the websites that lost the ability to operate in the UK when Jetbull owners EveryMatrix Ltd. lost their B2C license issued by the UK Gambling Commission. This wasn’t due to how they handled user data, or unfair practice or anything like that, but was reportedly because their anti-money-laundering procedures were not stringent enough. Jetbull owners EveryMatrix Ltd. claim to be working on the feedback they received from the UK Gambling Commission and are working on restoring their UK licence for Jetbull and all the other brands that fall under the company.
Where is Jetbull licensed?
Jetbull is licensed in Malta. Their MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) license is definitely a point in their favour when it comes to trust factor. The regulations that the MGA places on operators in terms of user-data security as well as protecting users’ funds means that punters should have nothing to worry about at all with Jetbull.
Jetbull Support Responsible Gaming Initiatives
Jetbull work alongside some of the most reputable charities and associations that aim to provide help and support to those who may have issues with gambling, and seem to be committed to not contributing to those issues. They currently partner with BeGambleAware, GamCare, and GamStop.
Of course, Jetbull’s users can also add self-imposed spending limits if they want to make sure they don’t spend more than a certain amount and can request a “time out” through their self-exclusion tool.
Jetbull Payments – Tons of Options!
Jetbull clearly want their customers to be able to use their site with as few barriers to entry as possible, and as a result, they support a wide variety of payment methods. From the run-of-the-mill options like VISA and Mastercard, to ewallets like Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, and Trustly.
What are Jetbull’s Deposit Limit?
- Credit Cards – €10,000
- Bank Transfers – €5,000 – €10,000
- Ewallets – €1,800 – €10,000
- Instant Banking – €1,000 – 10,000
- Pre-Paid Cards – €500 – €910

As you can see above, Jetbull withdrawal time and deposit/withdrawal limits are all pretty standard for the industry, so there’s no nasty surprises there. They claim that eWallets take a full working day, but our experience has shown that this can be faster, and we’ve had same-day access to our funds in some cases.
Just like every other licensed and regulated bookie, Jetbull users will need to go through a standard KYC procedure, but our Jetbull Sports review testing showed that they don’t ask for anything too out of the ordinary, and they have a relatively quick processing time of 48 hours.

Jetbull Sportsbook Review – Build a Varied Bet Slip!
Jetbull are undoubtedly aiming to please when it comes to variety and coverage. They offer bets on 34 sports at the time of writing, from the sportsbook standards like Football and Tennis to the more niche sports like Futsal, the “King of Glory” esport, and Darts.
The coverage of events is fantastic too, with support for a ton of leagues and tournaments from around the world. If variety is what you’re after, Jetbull certainly won’t disappoint.
How good are Jetbull’s odds?
We took a random Football match and put Jetbull’s odds up against Unibet’s and Betfair’s to see how Jetbull shapes up in terms of value-for-money for punters. No Jetbull sportsbook review would be complete without taking a look at whether punters can get some decent bang for their buck.

As you can see above, Jetbull can go head-to-head with some of the industry’s most significant players and keep up. The odds that Jetbull provide are nearly identical to the competition, so punters looking for a good deal would do well to give Jetbull a go.
What about the Betting Markets?
This is the part of the Jetbull Sports review where we can’t help but heap praise on them. It isn’t often that we see sportsbooks of this size give punters so many options. With lots of matches having well over 100 different betting markets, experienced punters can fine-tune their bet slips to their hearts’ content.
Jetbull Cash Out
The Jetbull Cash Out feature is easily accessible, though not as feature-full as some other bookies’ cash out options. For starters, there’s no partial Jetbull cash out. A Jetbull cash out is a total cash out, so punters should think carefully before deciding to use the feature.
Punters also can’t use the feature on any bets placed as free bets, but is available for bets placed using bonus funds. Punters should know, though, that if they use the Jetbull cash out feature on bets placed with bonus funds, that the bets won’t count towards the wagering requirements. This is particularly important for any punters trying to redeem their Jetbull new account offer, as the wagering requirements are high and they’re likely to want every bet to count.
We’re happy to see that Jetbull cash out is available on both desktop and mobile, so punters still have control over their bet slip while out and about and can cut potential losses.

Jetbull Mobile App – Fully Featured on All Your Devices
This is the part of our Jetbull review we had the most fun with. No matter where we were, or what device we were using, as long as we had internet access, we had access to all of Jetbull’s features. Their mobile site is fully optimised, and there’s even a Jetbull Android app!
Jetbull Android App
The Jetbull Android App allows punters to bet on the go, cash out their bets, and more. The fact that it’s all available in a native app just makes it all the more convenient. Once we used our Jetbull sign in details and logged in, we had access to the Jetbull new account offer, to Jetbull live betting, and pretty much everything we’d already seen on the desktop site.
Users can download the APK file from Jetbull’s website, and installation is just two taps away. It isn’t currently available in the Google Play Store, due to Google’s rules about gambling software, though when Jetbull reenter the UK market, UK-based bettors should have access to it then.
Jetbull Mobile App – Web Version
The mobile web version is excellent! It’s fully touch-optimised, and the user experience is smooth, and everything is where you’d expect it to be. We didn’t have any issues navigating around the Jetbull mobile app. We tested it on both new and old devices running iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, and we found that it worked on pretty much every device we threw it at. Of course, the newer and more powerful your device, the smoother your experience will be, but you should have no problems even if you’re using a phone or tablet that’s a little long in the tooth.
Jetbull iOS App
As the rules currently stand, the only country where gambling apps are allowed in the App Store in the UK. The Jetbull iOS app used to be available when Jetbull were operating in the UK, but has obviously been taken down since.
We look forward to seeing the Jetbull iOS app up and running again in the future. For now, though, iOS users will need to use the Jetbull Mobile Web App, and as we said above, it works brilliantly.

Live Betting at Jetbull – The complete package!
Jetbull Sports offers punters a top-tier live sports betting experience. Jetbull have a wide selection of sports, tournaments, and events in their live betting section. The match score and info are updated in real-time, as are the odds.
The wide array of betting markets we mentioned above are offered for live matches too, with bets remaining available for as long as reasonably possible. A far cry better than some other sportsbooks, which provide limited markets which are only available for a short amount of time.
Jetbull doesn’t have a live streaming feature as part of the Jetbull live sports betting experience, though this is hardly uncommon. Live betting works just as well on the Jetbull mobile app as it does on the desktop version of the site, so punters can enjoy the fresh air and sunlight (or in our case, the musty train ride home) without having to miss any of the action.
Jetbull VIP – A Secret, Premium, Invite-Only Experience
The Jetbull VIP programme is one shrouded in complete secrecy. Sources close to us tell us that there is, indeed, a VIP programme and that it extends to the Jetbull Sports section of the site, as well as the Casino section. We’ve also seen the VIP programme mentioned in passing around the web.
The Jetbull VIP programme isn’t unique here, lots of bookies choose to keep their VIP programme’s details under lock and key. We imagine that, like with everyone else’s VIP programmes, the way into the Jetbull VIP programme would be to spend a large amount of money at Jetbull.
We asked one of their customer service agents about the Jetbull VIP programme, and she told us that it’s done on a case-by-case basis and every VIP member’s benefits are unique to them and decided on by their assigned VIP Manager. We don’t know what kind of benefits their VIP members get access to, but if you’re anything like us, you’ll be itching to find out.
Jetbull Customer Service – It’s Alright
We find that the Jetbull Customer Service experience is good enough, but not impressive. For starters, there’s only two ways to get in contact with the Jetbull Customer Service team; email and live chat.
The live chat isn’t 24/7, either, and wasn’t always that quick. We found that they responded to emails somewhere within 24 and 48 hours, which is pretty standard, though not on the speedier side of “normal”. The live chat wasn’t always available to us even during the hours of operation listed below, and we found that even when we were able to get through, the Jetbull Customer Service agents almost always took at least two minutes to respond to each message. The customer support agents were very friendly and accommodating, though, so no issues there. As we said above, Jetbull Customer Service is alright, though it isn’t going to be blowing the competition out of the water just yet.

As mentioned above, the UK used to be Jetbull’s primary market, but the focus shifted to mainland Europe when Jetbull were no longer able to operate in the UK.
Jetbull is available in English, German, and Russian, and supports a massive array of currencies. That, in addition to their long list of accepted payment methods, makes them an excellent choice for European punters.
