NEO.bet India Welcome Bonus
The welcome offer for new customers at NEO.bet gives you 100% extra on your first deposit, for up to a maximum of INR 8,000. This is a very competitive deal that you claim with a deposit of at least INR 1,000.
In general terms, this deal is similar to those we have seen from other contenders in the Indian sports betting market. Essentially, the minimum and maximum amounts are sensible, as they allow the majority of bettors to find a level that suits them. Also, a newcomer to online betting might be comfortable with an INR 1,000 bonus, while someone who is more experienced could decide to pick up a larger amount.
NEO.Bet India Welcome Offer | ||
Bonus | Code | |
Deposit 1 | 100% up to 8,000 INR | Not needed |
Significant terms: Deposit and bonus need to be turned over five times in 100 days, with minimum odds of 1.5, before withdrawal |
It’s interesting to note that the wagering requirements from NEO.bet are a little tougher than some other sites. For example, you can’t just bet the bonus cash and take out any winnings, as it needs to be played through several times. The fact that the original deposit is included in the playthrough requirements also adds to the difficulty in getting out some winnings.
Key Terms and Conditions
- Wagering requirement: 5x (deposit plus bonus)
- Minimum odds: 1.5
- Sports restrictions: None listed
- Expiration period: 100 days
- Other restrictions: Only available on UPI, Netbanking and bank transfer deposits
Other bonuses
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find any information about ongoing or seasonal promotions or offers at NEO.bet beyond the welcome package.
As far as we can tell (and we tried checking this with a NEO.bet live chat operator), NEO.bet don’t offer regular bonuses or promotions like many other bookmakers do.
This means that after you finish redeeming your welcome package, there aren’t any other free bets, odds boosts, or other promotional offers to take advantage of and keep you coming back for more.
Is NEO.bet Safe?
When it comes to safety and security, there’s nothing to worry about with NEO.bet. This particular betting site does a great job of keeping their users (and their data) extremely safe.
In terms of licensing and regulation, NEO.bet is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (No. MGA/B2C/418/2017). This is one of the most widely recognized online betting licences in the world, and the MGA make sure that NEO.bet is kept accountable for all their actions.
At site level, NEO.bet is protected by 256-Bit SSL encryption. In layman’s terms, this is the most advanced website security out there.
All of this is bolstered by certifications from both TUV Rheinland and PCI DSS. This means that both financial data and personal data is kept under extremely tight lock and key, making it almost impossible for anyone to gain unauthorized access to any of the information you share with NEO.bet.
Banking Options
This is a bit of a mixed bag for us. On the one hand, NEO.bet have a limited selection of supported payment methods. On the other hand, though, they support all of Canada’s most popular payment methods.
In India the choice is a little more limited, there aren’t as many choices as you might expect from a top sports betting site operating in the Indian market.
Making deposits and withdrawals is quick and easy, with deposits being instant in most cases. While withdrawals aren’t quite as fast, NEO.bet’s withdrawals are faster than the average betting site.
What’s more, the site has recently added a new payment method, NEO.bank. Whilst this is currently only available to German and Austrian customers, it’s a good sign! If NEO.bet adds this in other markets, we’ll make sure to let you know.
Deposit Limits
As far as deposit limits go, NEO.bet have extremely reasonable minimum and maximum deposits. You can get started with as little as $10 in some cases or 500 INR, and go all the way up to $10,000 on a single deposit.

Things are even better when it comes to withdrawals. While the minimum is a little higher, at $20, users can still withdraw up to $20,000 in a single transaction, or 100,000 INR.
Most withdrawal options don’t incur any withdrawal fees. However there is one exception: If withdrawing via bank transfer, your first 2 withdrawals each week are free, but a $5 charge applies for any additional withdrawals.

Betting at NEO.bet
This is the part of our NEO.bet review where we really dig into their sports betting platform. We examine every inch of what is, and isn’t, available to users. Click the links below to find out more about:
- Variety of betting markets
- Cash Out
- Winning Limits
- Personal Bet Configurator
- Odds Comparison
- User Interface
Variety of Betting Markets
We started by looking at the same NFL game between the Packers and the 49ers that we used for our NEO.bet odds comparison below. The same game had 6 available markets on NEO.bet, and just 4 on Unibet, which is a much bigger and more international bookmaker.
Looking at soccer, we took a game from the UEFA Champions League (Real Madrid vs. Milan). NEO.bet didn’t do quite as well here, though. They featured just over 200 bets on this game, while Unibet featured over 300 markets.
We also checked out their eSports offerings. Particularly, Astralis vs. MiBR in the BLAST Premier CS:GO tournament. Unfortunately, while Unibet provided 47 different betting markets, NEO.bet featured just 6.
Finally, NEO.bet expanded its cricket betting offering recently. The sportsbook now offers betting opportunities on more games and markets. With improved match stats too, NEO.bet seems committed to offering an excellent cricket betting experience.
Cash Out
Fans of the cash out feature should definitely listen up for this one. NEO.bet have phenomenal Cash Out features! Whether you’re looking for a basic, full Cash Out, or something that can be tailored to your specific needs, NEO.bet have this one covered.
Bettors can make use of a whole host of automations and alerts to make sure they have full control over how much they win or lose on their bets. Like we just mentioned, fully Cashing Out your bets is possible, but NEO.bet also have Partial Cash Out, as well as ways to automatically cash out your bets.
For example, users can set loss limits on their bets. This means that if a bet’s odds fall to a certain point, the system will automatically Cash Out your bet to cut your losses.
The same can be done with profit targets. If you’re not sure how a particular bet is going to pan out, you can set it so that your bet automatically gets Cashed Out when the odds will give you a specific, minimum return, to make sure you don’t get caught out by any surprise plays or injuries.
Winning Limits
This is one area where NEO.bet really do excel. Almost all the betting sites we’ve reviewed here at Sportsbetting24 set an upper limit to how much can be won on a single bet. There are no winning limits at NEO.bet, though!

Personal Bet Configurator
Bettors who like combination bets and multiples are in luck, as NEO.bet have a Personal Bet Configurator that lets you set up extremely tailored bet slips.
You can combine bets from different games, or even the same game, and choose whether to add “and” or “or” conditions.
Adding “or” means you get lower priced odds, but you can still win specific bets in your selection even if others are losing bets.
Using “and” means you get a boosted price, but all of your selections needs to be winners to get a payout.
Odds Comparison
We put NEO.bet up against Unibet to see how well their odds held up. This is what we found out:
![]() |
![]() |
|
Greenbay Packers | -135 | -148 |
San Francisco 49ers | +104 | +123 |
Overround | 106.49% | 104.37% |
A $10 bet on the Greenbay Packers with NEO.bet will give you a return of $17.41, meaning $7.41 in profit. The same bet with Unibet, though, will give you a return of $16.76, so a profit of only $6.76.
This might not look like a huge difference, but a difference of 8.77% in your profits can end up snowballing to some pretty significant losses over the course of a season. While the overround score would indicate that Unibet are the better option, in reality, NEO.bet gives you better value for money when you win.
User Interface
When clicking on a game to choose your bets, the selections appear in a small, narrow area on the right of the screen, instead of opening a page where all markets are listed as you find on most other bookmakers.
All games and events are organized chronologically, with the emphasis being on live betting. Because of this, it can be difficult to find games or tournaments happening in the future for pre-game betting and outrights (i.e. whole-tournament bets).
The site is mostly in English, but there are some pieces of text which are in German, for some reason. This makes NEO.bet look a lot less safe and legitimate than they actually are.

NEO.bet On Your Phone
NEO.bet is much better on a phone than on a desktop or laptop.
For starters, all those cool betting features we just talked about are all available on smartphones and tablets. There isn’t anything that specifically requires users to use a desktop computer.
Secondly, we made it pretty clear that the user interface on desktop isn’t great, but NEO.bet is much more user-friendly on a phone. Most users will have no issues finding their way around and building their bet slips.
NEO.bet Apps
NEO.bet give their users a few different options when it comes to sports betting on a phone or tablet. They have an official iPhone and iPad app, an Android app, and a fully-mobile-compatible website.
Those of you with Apple products like iPhones or iPads can download the app directly from the App Store. All you need to do is search for “NEO.bet”, install the app, and log in with your account credentials. Once that’s done, you can start placing bets!
Android users aren’t quite as lucky, though it’s still relatively easy to get started. Unfortunately, the NEO.bet app isn’t available in the Google Play Store, so you need to download the application file from NEO.bet’s website.
Once you’ve done that, just tap on the downloaded file (it will end with “.apk”), and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the NEO.bet app for Android. This takes maybe a minute or two longer than installing an app from the Play Store, but is still exceptionally easy.

Live Betting
At first glance, it looks like in-play betting is NEO.bet’s primary focus. They have a phenomenal Cash Out system, and their user interface organizes events by day and time.
Unfortunately, where NEO.bet falls short of the mark with live betting is in how they present information to players. Like we mentioned above, when betting on a game, you aren’t taken to a page that organizes all the available bets and information, but this is squeezed into a narrow box at the side of your screen that you need to scroll through.
Fans of live sports betting can likely already see the issue here. Live betting requires bettors to be quick on their feet. Speed is key. However, with all your information crammed into a tiny box, it can be exceptionally difficult to find the bets you need quickly enough.
Does NEO.bet have Live Streaming?
Live streaming is available for eSports events via an embedded Twitch stream in the live match’s information area.
Unfortunately, not all of the embedded streams are available in English, meaning that you might still be better off by heading to Twitch or YouTube and finding the stream yourself.
Worse yet, there’s no live streaming for any other sports. This means that fans of live betting will need another screen or service, like a sports package from your cable provider, to keep up with the games you bet on.
A match tracker is included for all live games; however, this only shows extremely basic information like the current score and how much is left on the clock.
If you plan on using NEO.bet for live betting, we recommend having a second screen like a tablet or television at hand to be able to keep up with what’s going on in the game.
Top-Secret NEO.bet VIP Club
As is almost tradition with online bookmakers, information about NEO.bet’s VIP Club, or even if they had one, was extremely difficult to find. Truth be told, we weren’t able to find much, but we did find this much:
NEO.bet DO have a VIP Club, and it’s invite-only.
According to our sources, the reason it’s kept top-secret is that the NEO.bet VIP club is meant to be very exclusive. There’s no way to apply to become a VIP member, but if you spend enough on deposits and wagers, you might attract the attention of one of NEO.bet’s VIP managers and get invited to the secret club!
As for what awaits those VIP members, the only way to find out is to get invited to the program and see for yourself.
Customer Service
Considering how excellent NEO.bet have been in some areas, like their amazingly priced odds or great welcome bonus package, we were shocked at their customer service.
NEO.bet’s FAQ section consists of only 8 questions, meaning users are unlikely to find what they’re looking for without needing to contact their customer service department.
What’s even worse is that the answers provided are extremely brief. Most consist of just a single sentence or two.
There’s a more fleshed out Help Centre, including a search bar to help users find what they need, but this seems to only be available in German at first glance. After doing a little digging, we discovered that content is available in English too, though there’s no way to filter the results to only have English support articles available.
Our NEO.bet Live Chat Experience
When we ran our usual live chat test, the site informed us that the average response time is meant to be 5 minutes. This is longer than the usual 2-minute-average, but 5 minutes didn’t seem all that bad.
As it turns out, we were left waiting almost 30 minutes to be connected to an agent. Unfortunately, “Live” chat seems like a total misnomer. There isn’t anything “live” about it.
In addition to the long waiting times, the responses we got from NEO.bet’s live chat operators weren’t friendly, detailed, or even accurate. For example, we pretended to be a bettor who was still weighing out his options before signing up to NEO.bet and asked about their available payment methods. The live chat operator gave us incomplete information (they just mentioned a single option).
When we asked for more information, we were left waiting an additional 35 minutes for a response, and the customer service agent just rephrased their original, irrelevant response. This means that after over an HOUR we hadn’t succeeded in getting an answer to our only question.
The live chat availability hours aren’t very Canadian-friendly. The times are listed in CET (Central European Time), and when converting that to EST, it looks like most Canadian users will have no choice but to contact NEO.bet by email if they happen to encounter any issues or have any questions after office hours (i.e. when most games and sports betting happen).
NEO.bet Contact Details:
- Live Chat: Available 07:30 – 23:30 CET (01:30 – 17:30 EST)
- Email: [email protected]
- FAQ Section: Available, though extremely limited
A European Bookmaker with Eyes on Canada and India
NEO.bet started out as a primarily European bookmaker, with a huge emphasis on Germany. In recent times, though, they’ve set their sights on the Great White North, as well as india.
The fact that they support Interac payments and Neo.bet accept Canadian Dollars makes this particular bookmaker super accessible to those of us here in Canada.
Indian Rupees are now accepted which is great news for players in Asia, it shows that NEO.bet are continuing to expand and develop their presence around the world.
NEO.bet Review – Final Thoughts
If you’ve made it this far into our NEO.bet review, then you’ve already seen that we’ve covered every angle of this online bookmaker. One question remains, though:
Who do we recommend NEO.bet for?
If you’re looking for excellent prices, precise Cash Out control and automations, and a top-notch smartphone experience, then NEO.bet is likely right for you.
However, we recommend that fans of live betting, or anyone who is new to online betting and needs some more assistance or information look at our list of Canada’s top sports betting sites and pick an alternative from there.
- Excellent odds prices
- Phenomenal Cash Out functionality
- No winnings cap
- Fast withdrawals
- Terrible customer service
- Uncomfortable desktop user interface
- No promotions or bonuses for existing users
- Incomplete translation to English

Yes, Neo.bet have apps for iOS and Android. Their apps have been optimized for both phones and tablets, so you can use them on whatever kind of device you happen to have on hand. What makes the Neo.bet smartphone experience so good, though, is that their mobile UI is simple and really easy to use.
